This website provides information about Gatroig products (cheesecakes, tea and other drinks) and makes it easy to place orders for pickup at our shop at Carrer de Praga, 40, or, for orders of €40 or more (not counting delivery), home delivery in Barcelona by our own delivery service, at a cost depending on distance. An order is completed by paying online through the secure Stripe payment gateway (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum and other available methods); after payment you will receive a receipt by email with your order number. For enquiries or special orders you can also message us on WhatsApp.
In accordance with Article 103(d) of the Spanish Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to distance purchases does not apply to Gatroig products, as they are perishable goods made to order with a short best-before period (48 hours from preparation, kept between 2 °C and 4 °C). If there is a problem with your order (damaged, wrong or undelivered product), contact us on WhatsApp at +34 672 145 922 to resolve it.
The prices shown on this website apply exclusively to orders placed through gatroigcheesecake.com. Prices for the same products on other platforms or ordering aggregators may differ, as those platforms may apply their own commissions, service fees or commercial terms that are outside the control of Tulipaneta S.L. We recommend checking the final price on each platform before confirming an order.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence where the user is a consumer, or of Barcelona in all other cases, without prejudice to the rights the user has as a consumer under current legislation.
